The machine I received was not a Hot Melt Glue Spreading Roller Machine as expected—instead, it is only compatible with cold glue (water-based glue).  While the seller presented themselves as a Heavy Industry Machinery Company, they are lack of product expertise. Specifically, they were unable to clearly differentiate between Hot Melt Adhesive (HMA, a thermoplastic glue) and cold glue (water-based glue), which is a fundamental distinction in this industry. Moreover, the machine’s specifications were incomplete, and when I sought clarification, the sales representative seemed more focused on closing the deal rather than providing accurate and detailed information. This led to confusion and disappointment. I hope this feedback helps improve transparency and communication for future buyers. I would appreciate it if the seller could address these concerns or provide a suitable resolution.  It a web purchase. Buyer depends lots of information based on their website and accurate feedback.
